This policy explains how the Tuuths website, operated by MAF Brands, handles information when you browse, sign up for updates, share a review, send a flavor idea, or contact our team. It covers this website; retailers and social platforms have their own policies.

Information you choose to share

• Email updates: your email address, signup date, consent, signup page, and subscription status. Flavor alerts also record your selected collections and an unsubscribe link token.
• Reviews: your chosen display name, product, star rating, title, review text, submission date, and permission to publish. Approved reviews and your display name are public. Do not include private contact details or sensitive information in a review.
• Flavor suggestions: your flavor idea, chosen collection, notes, date, and acceptance of the Flavor Submission Terms. The suggestion form does not ask for a name or email. Please do not include personal or confidential information in your idea.
• Privacy requests: your email address, request type, message, and submission date, so the Tuuths team can review and respond.

The contact and wholesale forms send your name, email address, company (if supplied), selected topic, and message to a private website inbox accessible only to the site owner. A delivery confirmation appears after the inquiry has been saved successfully. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Browsing, quiz answers & technical information

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser, request time, and requested page to deliver and protect the site. Where sign-in is required, the hosting service handles authentication; Tuuths does not receive your password.

The flavor quiz calculates your match in your browser. Its share link includes the resulting flavor, not your answers. A share-card download is generated in your browser. The store locator filters the published store list using the information you enter; it does not ask for your device’s precise location.

The current website code does not include advertising pixels or third-party behavioral analytics. Hosting and authentication services may use cookies or similar technologies to operate and secure the site. Your browser lets you control cookies; blocking essential ones may affect sign-in or other features.

The email signup popup stores a dismissal date, a signup flag, and a session flag in your browser to avoid repeating the invitation. These preference flags do not contain your email address. Clearing browser storage resets them. The popup collects your email only when you submit the form and agree to receive Tuuths emails.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to manage requested updates, review and publish customer reviews, consider flavor ideas, respond to contact, wholesale, and privacy requests, and operate the website. The website stores submissions with service providers that support hosting and storage. Authorized Tuuths administrators can access submissions for those purposes.

The website does not include functionality to sell submissions or share them with advertising networks. Approved reviews are visible to visitors. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to address security, fraud, or legal claims.

Retailer and social links take you to separate services. Purchases, payment information, delivery details, and activity on those services are covered by their policies. This website currently directs shopping to retailers rather than collecting checkout or payment details.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit forms. Use the unsubscribe link provided with flavor-launch emails to stop those alerts. To stop general email updates, ask about your information, correct it, or request deletion, use the privacy-request form below. We may need to verify a request before making changes; please do not send an ID document or sensitive information through this form.

Requests are reviewed by the Tuuths team. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. Submitting a request does not automatically delete a record.

Storage and retention

Contact inquiries, privacy requests, signups, consent records, suggestions, and review submissions are stored in website records unless removed. Unsubscribing from flavor alerts changes the subscription status and retains a record of that choice. Published reviews remain visible until removed or unpublished. A privacy request can ask for removal of information; some records may need to be retained for consent, security, dispute, or legal purposes.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid submitting information that is not needed for the feature you are using.

Children’s information

The website’s signup and submission features are intended for adults. Please do not submit personal information about children. If you believe a child’s information has been submitted, use the request form so the team can review it.
